SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

Every item at Nomad Naturelle is made-to-order. Unlike traditional retailers, we do not have a warehouse of pre-printed items.

• Production Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked by our logistics partner in Germany, before it is handed over to the carrier.
• During peak seasons (holidays), production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimates

We currently ship from our production facilities in Germany to the following regions:

• Germany: 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
• European Union (France, etc.): 3–8 business days after fulfillment
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs.

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. Nomad Naturelle is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. Nomad Naturelle has no control over these charges.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us (or our production partner) due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office first. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at contact@nomadnaturelle.com with photos of the package and the product.
