These Terms of Service govern all sales made through the website. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms without reservation. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

3. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER MODEL

All products sold by Nomad Naturelle are made-to-order. Production begins only after the order is confirmed and paid for.

Visuals: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Small variations in color or print placement may occur due to the digital printing process.

Availability: Orders are subject to the availability of raw materials (blank sweatshirts) from our production partner.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices: Prices are displayed in EUR and do not include VAT (non-applicable status).

Customs: For international orders (outside the EU), customs duties, local taxes, or import duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order via the secure payment methods provided on the site (Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.).

5. ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Due to our automated production workflow:

No modification (size, color, design, or address) can be made once the order is sent to production.

No cancellation is possible after the order has been processed.

6. DELIVERY

Production Time: Please allow [ex: 3-7] business days for production before shipping.

Shipping: Delivery times provided are estimates. Nomad Naturelle is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Incomplete Address: The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Any package returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the Customer's expense.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETRACTATION)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part (see Refund Policy).

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Nomad Naturelle owns all intellectual property rights for the designs and content on this site. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. LIABILITY

Nomad Naturelle’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the website or products.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by French Law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the owner is located.
